1.APARTMENTS FOR SHORT TERM RENT IN BUCHAREST

While staying in Bucharest, you can benefit from one of our flats (2-roomed apartments) not only for holiday periods but for job purposes too.(see photos and details in the Apartments section)
The apartments for rent are situated in solid buildings very close to the highway exit or the bus station.) The apartments are elegant and bright, clean and comfortable, with quality furnishings composed of: armoured entrance door, entrance, big living room with 2 sofa beds and colour TV, one bedroom with double bed, kitchen with all facilities, a bathroom(with shower or bathtub WC and bidet) and one balcony. The floors are with parquet in the bedroom and with sandstone in the rest. From the living room you have access to terrace where you can spend time relaxing.
The apartments are equipped with heating, free local telephone, colour TV with cable, sheet,blankets ,towels, refrigerator, freezer, stove, coffeemaker and kitchenware, cutlery, plates, dishes and cookware.
There is a parking area in front of the building and a few meters from the apartment you will find all kinds of shops (supermarket, banks, pharmacy, restaurants, post office etc)
The price of the apartment rental depends on the duration and the period of the stay ,we also offer discounts for long stays (see the prices in the Reservation section). The price of the apartment includes the consumption of electricity, gas, water and heating and cleaning.
30 % of the total amount, has to be paid in advance by money transfer to confirm your reservation The rest of the total amount is to be paid at the moment of the handing over of the key, together with a security deposit for eventual damages caused to the apartment or to anything it contains. The security deposit will be given back at the moment of departure, after a routine check. The amount of the deposit will be communicated together with the confirmation of the availability of the apartment
The cancellation of the reservation will have to be communicated by e-mail at least 20 days before the date of arrival, otherwise you will lose the advance payment. Are allowed to stay in the apartment only the number of people indicated at the moment of the reservation. No pets allowed.

2.TRIPS IN AREAS OF BUCHAREST OR ITS PROXIMITIES

CIAO BUCHAREST organizes on request guided tours in areas of Bucharest - Boulevard of the Unity (Bulevardul Unirii), Palace of the Parliament (Palatul Poporului), The National Theater, The Palace of the University, The Palace of Cotroceni, The Art Museum, The History Museum, The Government Palace, The Ateneum Roman,Herastrau Park, The Village Museum etc and some streets showing you the ancient face of Bucharest.
We also organize trips by car in the proximities of Bucharest - Brasov and Poiana Brasov with their beautiful mountain panorama, Peles Castle, residence of Romanian kings, Bran Castle(Dracula's Castle), Sinaia-Prahova Valley with the gigantic stones Sfinxul and Babele, Mogosoaia Palace, architectural monument of Brancovenesc style, Prejmer Church, protected by a wall 12m high, The Citadel of Rajnov, on the top of a hill, Snagov Monastery and Cernica Monastery.

PRICES: 50 EURO/day for Bucharest and 80 EURO/day for 1-2 persons, 100 EURO/day for 3-4 persons for its proximities.

3.TRANSPORTATION AIRPORT - APARTMENT AND VICE VERSA

CIAO BUCHAREST also offers on request transportation by our car to and from the airport of Bucharest (Otopeni, about 16 km far away from the town) to the apartment .The pick up is guaranteed from someone in charge.

PRICES: 15 EURO for 2 persons, and 30 EURO for 3-4 persons.
